Returns & Exchanges

At NanaMacs, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your return authorization.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email for the full value of your returned items.
